Installation guide missing

As title says, there is no installation guide, only a usage one with a single line.
For those unfamiliar with gnome terminal I think this is too little.

Three years later and there's still only one line with no actual guide. Trying to install it myself but have no idea where to go. Any sort of guide would be appreciated.

edit: I moved the .dconf file to my /home/ folder instead of my /downloads/ and it worked. Took a lot of trial and error though

Does the one line not work for you when in the same directory as the downloaded dconf theme?

I actually don't remember if I cd'd into my downloads to run the command...

So it's entirely possible that that was my issue...
