Add option to include low-score results in semantic search

I've seen that low-score results can be useful sometimes.
In the search of "have we eliminated restrictions on customer_type yet?" no results are shown but a warning saying that only low score results have been found.

Can we make some magic there? Or can we change the embeddings infra to more powerful ones such as embeddinggemma?
