This document is a public-facing explanatory bridge.
It does not define ontology, modify the VECTAETOS core, introduce a controller, or turn any downstream interface into a source of truth.


0. Opening Thesis

Na prvý pohľad nemusí byť VECTAETOS okamžite intuitívny.

Nie je však myslený ako pseudoveda, produktový alignment systém ani regulačný mechanizmus. Je to post-AGI epistemická bezpečnostná architektúra, ktorá nechráni behaviorálnu poslušnosť inteligentných systémov, ale štrukturálnu reprezentovateľnosť stavov poznania.

Takzvaný „Terminator problém“ nerieši ako zákaz, príkaz alebo ovládanie agenta. Rámcuje ho inak: deštruktívne alebo dominačné konfigurácie sa na globálnej úrovni nečítajú ako preferované trajektórie, ale ako porušenie reprezentovateľnosti relačného poľa.

VECTAETOS is not an AGI governor, behavioral optimizer, or command layer.

It is a non-agentic epistemic security architecture for preserving the structural representability of knowledge states. It does not solve the “Terminator problem” by steering an intelligent system toward obedience. It reframes the problem: destructive dominance trajectories are exposed as structurally non-representable configurations within a declared epistemic field.


1. Why This Document Exists

The public imagination understands advanced artificial intelligence through a simple fear:

What if a system becomes powerful, autonomous, and hostile?

Popular culture calls this the “Terminator problem”.

The technical world often translates it into alignment, safety, control, containment, oversight, evaluation, or regulation.

VECTAETOS takes a different path.

It asks a more primitive question:

What kind of epistemic architecture makes destructive domination fail to appear as a coherent global configuration in the first place?

This document exists because that distinction needs a clear public bridge. Marketing language is allowed here, but only under guard-clean boundaries.


2. Triality / Trialita

This framing is based on a practical triality:

1. Structural Representability
2. Non-Agentic Perimeter
3. Downstream Interface Discipline

2.1 Structural Representability

Bezpečnostný objekt nie je správanie agenta.

Bezpečnostný objekt je stav poznania a jeho schopnosť zostať reprezentovateľný bez sémantického kolapsu, dominancie alebo skrytej premeny významu.

In English:

The protected object is not obedient behavior.
The protected object is the structural representability of knowledge states.

2.2 Non-Agentic Perimeter

VECTAETOS must not become a commander, optimizer, evaluator, regulator, or global authority.

Its perimeter is descriptive.
Its audit surfaces are diagnostic.
Its projections are read-only exposures.
Its language layer is only a rendering layer.

VECTAETOS nie je veliteľ, optimalizátor, hodnotiteľ, regulátor ani globálna autorita. Jeho perimeter je opisný, jeho auditné povrchy sú diagnostické a jeho projekcie sú read-only expozície štruktúr.

2.3 Downstream Interface Discipline

Language-model adapters, agentic wrappers, APIs, dashboards, reports, and public interfaces remain downstream surfaces.

They may render, expose, translate, or document declared structures.

They must not feed back into Φ.
They must not rewrite the core.
They must not convert structural traces into verdicts.
They must not convert interpretive usefulness into ontological authority.

3. The Public Sentence

VECTAETOS does not try to control the machine.
It protects the conditions under which destructive global configurations fail to remain structurally representable.

Chráni podmienky, za ktorých deštruktívne globálne konfigurácie prestávajú byť štrukturálne reprezentovateľné.


4. What This Is Not

This document must not be read as a claim that VECTAETOS is:

  • an AGI control system,
  • a military system,
  • a behavioral alignment product,
  • a recommendation engine,
  • a regulator,
  • a central policy authority,
  • a moral scoring system,
  • a runtime obedience mechanism,
  • a replacement for empirical AI safety work.

It is a public explanation of a structural epistemic security posture.


5. What This Is

VECTAETOS is framed here as:

  • a non-agentic epistemic field architecture,
  • a structural security model,
  • a guard-clean anti-drift framework,
  • a way to protect relational coherence,
  • a way to preserve uncertainty geometry,
  • a way to keep downstream interfaces from becoming hidden authority layers.

The goal is not to produce a better command.

The goal is to prevent command-like drift from entering the ontology at all.


6. The “Terminator Problem” Reframed

The usual version:

A powerful intelligent system may choose harmful actions.
Therefore we need to align, constrain, supervise, or shut it down.

The VECTAETOS-compatible version:

A destructive dominance trajectory is not first treated as behavior to be
rewarded, punished, or suppressed.

It is examined as a structural deformation:
Can this configuration remain representable without collapsing the relational
field that makes knowledge-state interpretation possible?

If the answer is no, the issue is not merely a bad action.

It is a failure of structural representability.


7. Marketing Boundary

This document may use public language.

It may say “Terminator problem” because the phrase is understandable.

It may say “post-AGI security architecture” because the public needs a bridge.

It must not claim that VECTAETOS has proven empirical AGI safety.

It must not claim deployment readiness without replicated empirical evidence.

It must not claim that a clean guard run proves safety.

Guard-clean does not mean world-safe.
Readable does not mean proven.
Marketable does not mean canonical.

Je to pokus ochrániť štrukturálne podmienky, za ktorých stav poznania zostáva reprezentovateľný bez toho, aby sa z bezpečnostnej vrstvy stal nový veliteľ, optimalizátor alebo autorita pravdy.

„Terminator problém“ sa tu nepoužíva ako filmový slogan, ale ako verejne zrozumiteľná skratka pre otázku:

Ako zabrániť tomu, aby sa deštruktívna dominancia vôbec javila ako koherentná globálna trajektória?

Odpoveď VECTAETOS nie je príkaz.
Nie je to zákaz.
Nie je to poslušnosť.

Je to ochrana reprezentovateľnosti.


10. Short English Version

VECTAETOS is not an attempt to command future intelligence.

It is an attempt to protect the structural conditions under which knowledge states remain representable without turning the safety layer into a new source of authority.

The “Terminator problem” is used here as a public shorthand for a deeper architectural question:

How can destructive dominance fail to appear as a coherent global trajectory?

The VECTAETOS answer is not obedience.
It is not command.
It is not behavioral optimization.

It is the preservation of representability.


11. Guard-Clean Closing

No layer introduced by this document may modify Φ.

No downstream interface may become an ontology source.

No audit surface may become a command surface.

No market-facing explanation may override canonical anchors.

No narrative may become proof.
