Permissions needed on service side

After going through the sign in process and granting it permissions and selecting emergency location, the app tells me:

Warning
Sorry, you currently don't have permission to access this service. Contact your administrator to change permissions.

So what permissions does this app need on the server side since it must need something above and beyond what's needed to run the regular desktop and android and ios apps?

Hi @dwbotsch you will need "Third Party Apps" in your user role
