Is there any chance you could create an installer that runs on Windows on startup as a system tray app? That would save users more time than to have to click the app inside the media folder each time they need it. It will have to be installed as a program in the programs folder and require the user to specify the media folder on first startup but the time saved from having to start it each time is worth it, IMHO.
