Summary

Make safety enforceable in backend paths: destructive-action gates, critical-stage checkpoints, and approval audit consistency.

Motivation

SDLC-rstack already has approval hardening and checkpoint primitives. Loop engineering increases automation, so safety gates and rollback evidence must be stronger before broader runner behavior lands.

Issues

• BLE-5.1 Strengthen destructive-action gate coverage.
• BLE-5.2 Checkpoint before and after critical stages.
• BLE-5.3 Add approval audit consistency checks.

Acceptance Criteria

• Risky backend actions require explicit approval.
• Critical stages can roll back.
• Malformed approval records cannot unblock a stage.

Use human interrupt, approval gate, and checkpoint concepts as references. Implement original SDLC-rstack code using existing approvals, safe-write, and checkpoint primitives.
