use evernote API key instead of token

Hey, do you think it's possible to rely on OAuth instead of dev-tokens? I mean this: http://dev.evernote.com/doc/articles/authentication.php

Since now Evernote itself has supported the markdown-thing. I myself have switched from VSCode to Evernote's mac app. So this project is no longer maintained.

STILL, I don't think OAuth is a good idea, because I doubt VSCode is able to open some browser and jump back, which is necessary to use OAuth.
