Would you also plan to integrate registration of different modalities, e.g. spatial proteomics of multiplex data?

Hi @LukasHats, sure, we are open for registration among modalities. But as far as I understand, when registration between multiplexed images and HE, it's more like find out where the multiplexed images are taken from a small region from HE. This seems to be different from the purposes of many registration algorithms. We are also working a lot with different multiplexed imaging technologies, could be interesting direction to look into.
