Feature Request: Add option to install all discovered PackageInstallers into the current configuration

The Reality Toolkit has an existing "configure" feature that sets up the Service Manager and configures a service profile for the Reality Toolkit.

It would be even better, if this went on to search for any PackageInstallerProfiles and then optionally install all the available configuration in one go

Requested solution

The Reality Toolkit "Configure.." button should:

• In a new scene, configure the service manager, create a profile and then install all available configuration automatically.
• In a scene with an existing Service Manager setup for the RTK, it should verify the Service Manager is setup correctly and then update / add configuration from all detected package installers.

Critically:

• The process should not create duplication
• The process should not remove/change any existing setup (other than to add new modules)
