npx create-react-app says uninstall global cra even when not global installed

Now that it's happened multiple times, I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

When i try to create a new CRA project i get the message:

PS X:\XXXXXXXX> npx create-react-app example-app --template typescript

You are running `create-react-app` 4.0.3, which is behind the latest release (5.0.1).

We no longer support global installation of Create React App.

Please remove any global installs with one of the following commands:
- npm uninstall -g create-react-app
- yarn global remove create-react-app

But there is no global installation of CRA:

I tried:
installed and uninstalled again global
cleare cache of node
...

Nothing helps -.-

Only when i install it on project then i can run npm create-react-app

My specs:

OS: Windows 10
Editor: Visual Studio Code (generell updated)
Terminals: git-bash, powershell (booth with admin rights)

nvm -v
1.1.10

node -v
v18.13.0

npm -v
9.3.0

npx -v
9.3.0

I don't know what i am doing wrong.

Found a solution.

in my npx cache there were a cra 4.0.3 version. I cleared the npx cache manuell and it runs.
