Let's support OpenCode format for open source supports

Since this supports VSCode. Why not also OpenCode?
More and more people are adopting AI with open source. Why not mcphub.nvim use the open source defaults?
Ex: Laravel Boost does not support VSCode, you will need to use Cursor to get the mcp.json. The Copilot files goes into the .github/.
