TypeError: config or parent must be provided when running pytest plugin with `-p no:python`

The reason for this is most likely here: the default implementation for the hook pytest_pycollect_makemodule() is not available without the python plugin, and therefore mod_collector will be None.

Given that, I think a reasonable solution would be to use (and document) an alternative to -p no:python that accomplishes the same goal of only running tests collected by the idaes-flowsheets plugin, e.g. using -k idaes-flowsheets.
