Description:

TC-OPCREDS-3.9 and TC-DA-1.10, 11, 12, 13 testcases has been newly added for 1.7 for verifying PQCDeviceAttestation feature and PQCDeviceAttestationProfile attribute . hence Python Script has to be added for these test cases.
