v3.7.x throws error "Missing visitor keys for 'undefined'"

After upgrading from Prettier 3.6.2 to 3.7.4 I get the following error when I run my linter

Error when running ESLint: Missing visitor keys for 'undefined'.
Occurred while linting C:\Users\xxxx\Repositories\xxx\src\app\components\bar-select\bar-select.component.html:1
Rule: "prettier/prettier"

Here is the contents of that file, which uses Angular

For anyone else that runs into this, a temporary fix that works for me is to lock the version down in package.json.

I set it to "prettier": "3.6.2", by removing the prefixed ~ or ^ character

Same error met with vue.

I have updated all packages except for prettier/prettier, everything related to linting works fine, but as soon as I update to "prettier": "^3.7.4" again, I still get the same error message as above.

I wanted to try an narrow it down to what syntax was causing this, but it still gives me this same error even on a completely empty HTML template!

So this seems to have nothing to do with the contents of the template at all

I am using the NPM package prettier-plugin-tailwindcss, and removing this seems to have fixed the issue. If I no longer use this package I am able to update to "prettier": "^3.7.4"

I am trying, but I cannot get it to reproduce on StackBlitz. This is basically my setup though: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-eslint-repros-bx3kwsl4?file=src%2Fapp.component.html

When I run npm run lint it passes, but on my local it errors out. I'm not sure what is different. If anyone else is having the same issues, please fork this StackBlitz and see if you can get it to happen
