br backup full v5.1.4 blocked without any action

   If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.
   wanted: backup and restore full tikv data
   exec cmd: ./br restore full --pd 127.0.0.1:2379 --storage "local:///datac/tikv-backup"

2. What did you expect to see?
   growing progress bar

3. What did you see instead?
   show "Detail BR log in /tmp/br.log.2022-03-02T16.12.38+0800" than nothing

4. What version of BR and TiDB/TiKV/PD are you using?
   br tidb-toolkit-v5.1.4-linux-amd64/bin
   tikv v5.1.1
   pd v1.9.1

5. Operation logs

   • Please upload br.log for BR if possible
   • Please upload tidb-lightning.log for TiDB-Lightning if possible
   • Please upload tikv-importer.log from TiKV-Importer if possible
   • Other interesting logs
     br.log

6. Configuration of the cluster and the task

if there exists tikv raw full backup/restore please let me know, I followed this doc but blocked on how to set --start and --end, due to I do not know how to set these, then try and failed on --start="" --end=""
