Create cmgr testing suite

We need to more formally and robustly test changes to cmgr before pushing to production.

Perhaps this is as simple as trying to deploy our entire cmgr challenge catalog?

That's naive, but effective. What differences would be on sol that would potentially alter the course of deployment as seen on a local machine?

Ideally, we would also run the solve script for each challenge once deployed, but we're currently missing many solve scripts and most - if they exist - are not cmgr solve scripts. Codex would be good at creating these.

Ah...should have looked at this before merging #12

OK i don't think #16 fully resolves this but at least adds some unit tests for minimal effort (aside from a few acres of rainforest and a glacier or two melted)
