Description

Goal

Define the user-facing flow for organizations that are not listed yet. Current public copy and account/console journey primarily guide users to claim an existing organization profile; the product needs a clear create/onboarding path when the organization does not exist.

Scope

  • Audit current public/account/console entry points for claim vs create organization.
  • Decide where users should discover organization creation: account page, console empty state, organization search empty state, and/or dedicated route.
  • Specify the dedicated onboarding/create organization page content and steps.
  • Define copy for Indonesian and English i18n.
  • Clarify relation with the existing admin/console create organization action and GitHub issue Pre-release: Complete admin organization create/edit fields audit #42.

Acceptance criteria

  • Proposed UX makes it obvious when to claim an existing organization vs create a new organization.
  • Dedicated onboarding/create route and navigation entry points are specified.
  • Required form sections and validation expectations are documented for implementation.
  • Out-of-scope/deferred fields are explicitly listed.
