Change port inside container

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tried to run proxitok with podman, in a podman pod and proxitok doesn't want to run because podman pods all keep same ports, so proxitok signer load first leaving proxitok-web not able to bind port.

Allow for changing port of either proxitok-web or proxitok-signer container image using environmental variables

You can do this by mounting custom config as a volume.
Proxitok uses php-nginx which uses this config by default: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TrafeX/docker-php-nginx/refs/heads/master/config/conf.d/default.conf

Wget it, change the port and mount like this:

    volumes:
      - proxitok-cache:/cache
      - ./config/proxitok/default.conf:/etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf
