Don't include a .docx file as part of the comment/output if "rmd_web"

While using the preview in a PR for an rmd_web use case, encountered that the download docx file link led to a 404 error: ottrproject/OTTR_Template_Website#2 (comment)

Typically I don't recall having the ability to download a docx for a website, and wondering if we should set up a check/functionality to not include that if toggle_website is rmd_web.

I'll find two repos (one that should have a docx file and one that shouldn't and make sure they're using the main branch here and see what I see and report back)
