Pensions - and DOB

Hi - I've input my pensions and supplied my retirement age. I am assuming that Budget does not link to my profile and therefore doesn't know how old I am. This means that it cannot forecast my pension worth at retirement. Where in the app do I input my DOB? Thanks

Good question, creating an issue to fix this.

This is now fixed (9598cbf, will be in the next release).

The pension projection reads your date of birth directly from your Nextcloud profile — no separate setting needed in the Budget app.

To set your DOB: Click your avatar (top right) → Personal info → set your birthdate. The pensions page will then automatically calculate your current age and years to retirement.

If no birthdate is set, you'll see a hint on the pensions page directing you to your profile.
