Stuck in The Infinite Crate

I entered my existing Google API Key but I received this message...

So I went to the Google site and generated a fresh API key, but the plugin does not appear to let me go back to the point where a fresh API can be entered...

Any clues, anyone?

No worries! I deleted the folder at /Users/carlcaulkett/Library/Application Support/Magenta/The Infinite Crate, restarted the plugin, and I was able to re-enter my new API key, and all is well now :-)

Thanks I was having the same problem and this at least pointed me in the direction to re-trigger the request for the input of a valid key. If anyone stumbles onto this, my mistake was copying the wrong chunk of data from the Gemini page thinking it was the key. It was actually the identification of the project and the actual key only partially displays, but is on the left-hand side of the screen.

App Data (eg. API key) is saved system wide, while plugin data (prompt and parameter values) is saved along with the project per plugin instance.

To delete App Data, delete the following files:

Mac: rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Magenta/The\ Infinite\ Crate/The\ Infinite\ Crate.settings

Windows: rm C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Magenta\The Infinite Crate\
