Redirect book details to the default tab when the requested tab is invalid or not permitted

What went wrong?

If a user manually edits the book details URL to request a tab they shouldn't see/don't have perms for, the page renders as empty instead of handling the illegal input gracefully

How can we reproduce it?

1. open book details view as a user w/o edit permission
2. change the url param for the tab from view to edit
3. note the brokenness
