Notes in the Notebook should be openable

What would you like Grimmory to do?

From the notebook page (/notebook) I'd like to be able to open the ebook to the note location. Right now, the notes are highlighted when you mouse over them but not clickable; ideally clicking would open the ebook and take you to that location.

What problem does this solve for you?

It makes notes and highlights made either in grimmory's ereader or synced through KOReader way more useful -- I could make notes remotely and do more with them on desktop
