Add Library Filter for Lock Status

What would you like Grimmory to do?

It would be nice if there was a filter on lock status. It has been brought up that you could sort on overall lock on the table view, but a filter would really be nice too. Especially if that filter could handle separate types of locks, like full lock, partial lock cover lock, provider lock, etc.

What problem does this solve for you?

I tend to lock fields that I have updated, but leave other fields unlocked in case I want to make further mass edits. The sort in table view won't catch those partial locks. And having a filter would be handier than a sort.
