Add merge option to the search metadata

What would you like Grimmory to do?

When adding metadata to a book via the search metadata tab. It is possible to click on the arrow next to each field and overwrite the existing data with the new data. Then click on it again to revert that and left the field as it is.

I would like, for the Tags & Categories fields to be able to merge the new categories with the existing. I would like it if, after clicking the arrow the first time to get the current overwrite option, to be able to click it again to get a merge option, then again for undo.

What problem does this solve for you?

Currently there is only the option to ignore or overwrite. No merge. so if you've added tags manually, you cant update the tags from a meta source without overwriting them. and you cant pull tags from once source and then another without overwriting the first.
