Primary book cannot be deleted

What went wrong?

Trying to delete the primary book from an entry results in warning that it is the primary book, confirming the warning to delete the book results in error messages and the book is not being deleted.

How can we reproduce it?

1.) Open a book with single file
2.) Select 'delete' from the files section or via hamburger menu -> delete file formats -> select book
3.) Confirm warning modal in "Delete Only Book Format"
4.) receive error messages and file remains attached

No. Newest stable version.

This issue is resolved on nightly and will be out in the next stable release

I stumbled upon this in my environment just now. I am running 3.2.4 which I would think includes the fix, but I am still seeing this error.

Do we know if this patch made it into the current release?
