Cloning utils.git

Hi there,

I'm trying to clone the SMS EPI repository using the instructions in https://github.com/HarmonizedMRI/SMS-EPI/tree/main/example.
I managed to clone the repositories for all of the other dependencies, but the "utils.git" repository seems to be missing.
Did it change location or am I missing something?

Sorry for the slow reply, just saw this. I just made that repository public, so give it a try now!
