Fix mods that give dot damage without the ability showing any dot (does it work in the game?)

This mod: Room-Temperature Ball deals Darkness damage and causes +24 damage over 12 seconds

Room-Temperature Ball doesn't have a DoT entry in ability data, so something is messed up on the game side of things seemingly.
