Improve Footer UI and Overall Layout

Description

The footer section looks visually inconsistent with the rest of the website. It can be redesigned to improve readability, spacing, and responsiveness.

what to improve
Improve spacing between footer sections.
Remove duplicate links (Privacy Policy and Terms of Service appear twice).
Add hover effects to footer links.
Align footer content properly on smaller screens.
