Following codelist is used in SRO papers:

Codelist was originally taken from SNOMED-CT browser however is now marked as "Inactive" and "Nonconformance to editorial policy" on SNOMED-CT browser
Refset still exists and listed as supported on Digital Dictionary 4 Care
