Is there any tutorial on how to create a mixed system with Aimnet2?

Have you had a chance to check this PR? openmm/openmm-ml#64

As it stands, I think it would only work for gas-phase or fully MLP-based systems. It seems that AimNet2 now supports periodic boundary conditions though, so we could adapt the implementation to handle those as well.
