RFC 9964 - that was officially adopted last month - standardizes the use of ML-DSA in JOSE and COSE (see https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9964.html).

Wilson 8.19.0 - released yesterday - is among the very first stacks to support this new algorithm, meaning we'll be able to leverage it in the next versions of OpenIddict 🎉
