Tooltips / popups not showing when in map viewer full screen mode

I was having some issues today when demonstrating the FC map work, specifically some of the simulation viewer UI not showing up when using the "full screen" option for the map viewer at https://mapcore-demo.org/2026/aps-mapviewer/#/.

For example, the pop up that shows the tracked run parameters shown below when not in full screen just doesn't show up when in full screen mode. And the same for the drop down option input parameter.

This behaviour seems the same on production when looking at the simulation viewer for the published FC map.

I can confirm the issue. In fact, there is already an issue with the CSS when not in full-screen mode. So, I am worndering whether it's not linked?...

Fixed as a result of PR #515.
