[Bug]: Fix footer social media icons redirecting to generic websites instead of official profile pages

Bug Summary

Footer social media icons redirect users only to the main social media websites instead of the project’s official social media profiles/pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the website.
2. Scroll down to the footer section.
3. Click on any social media icon (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram).

Expected Behavior

Each social media icon should redirect users to the respective official CS PARANOX or owner's social media profile/page.

Actual Behavior

The icons redirect only to the generic social media homepage websites instead of specific profile links.

Hi @omkarhole , I would like to work on this issue under GSSoC and NSoC.
I have identified the cause and can fix the footer social media links so they redirect to the correct official profile pages instead of generic social media homepages. Please assign this issue to me.
