ETA plot with correct xaxis limit

ETA mean plot does not automatically find best xaxis limits. User has to set manually.

Currently with ETA when one selects star_time =-10 and end_time = 10, visualise plots with xaxis -12:23. It would be nice if this automatically zoomed in to the data selected, i.e. -10:10 or -11:11.
