When sponsors, mentors, and staff get the initial stamp, they are allowed to get more stamps, but they shouldnt get stamps since they cant actually win. There might be some types when verifying that shouldn't get the initial stamp.
Describe the solution you'd like
When verification is on, when we add types, we can tell the bot if they get a stamp or not. For this, we might have to ask about stamps before we ask about verification.
