Could you supply a container image as an alternative to running the binary directly, please?

Done! There's now an official multi-arch image (amd64 / arm64), rebuilt automatically on every release:

docker run -d --name nova-core
--network host
--device /dev/dvb
-v nova-config:/config
-v nova-data:/opt/nova
ghcr.io/novaheadend/nova-core:latest

The bootstrap admin password is printed in docker logs nova-core. Two DVB notes: pass your tuner devices in with --device /dev/dvb/… (or --privileged if that's easier), and --network host keeps UDP multicast + client access simple. Tags: :latest and :vX.Y.Z.
