Does Not Find Installed Version After Chocolatey Install

After installing 16.3.3.0 through chocolatey, it says I'm still not using the managed version:

The managed version system only wors for Winget... you can use the bypass on servers

Sorry can you explain? I did use Chocolatey and I am trying to use the managed version but it doesn't find it...

Sorry, brain fart... I meant Winget. Most folks run locally and use Winget...
