Download file button in dataset details page not working

Download file button in dataset details page is not working. Seems to throw a CORS error when calling https://api.pennsieve.io/zipit/discover

Try this by hitting download file here:
https://sparc.science/datasets/137?type=dataset

Which gives error:

If you edit the request in firefox and resend it, it will work:

My proposed solution would be to add https:/sparc.science and https://staging.sparc.science to Access-Control-Allow-Origin on api.pennsieve

I think it might be hitting the wrong endpoint as I believe the download button above the browser does work.

It used to get the presigned download link through sparc-api that has somehow changed. We should use the sparc-api instead of calling pennsieve directly.

Oops I just realised I put this issue in the wrong repository... Sorry about that. (Should be in https://github.com/nih-sparc/sparc-app/)

Good find! I didn't think to check this.

That makes me wonder if something in the request headers is wrong when using the download button under 'operation'
