Conversion to Gff and annotation with Eggnog-mapper

Description of feature

I am thinking of implementing an optional sub-workflow to convert the bed file to Gff using AGAT and then annotate it with eggnog-mapper. Is this a valid approach or am I missing something important? Once complete, should I create a PR here. Would this be of interest to other users?
