Viewing in NON-compact mode. As it was in version 24

Previously, in version 24, there was a "Compact mode" checkbox in the settings.
Some feeds are much more convenient to view by disabling the compact mode.
This option is not yet implemented.
I raised the issue here: #2994 (comment)
I realized that there are difficulties with determining the block size.
It would be very nice if the compact mode could be enabled/disabled not for all feeds, but only for some. That is, make the setting not global, but for each feed.

The „rich view“ feature is my most important feature why I use this newsreader.
So convenient to just browse through the articles with image and the medium sized abstract.
And just click on the title to get to the original article, not to an intermediate page where I have to click again to get back to the list of unread articles
most importantly as Split View does not work on mobile

I hope #3191 will help to get a better experience on mobile and maybe desktop for people using no-split mode.
