Creating a Deck board for a team fails, saying Deck is not installed

Steps to reproduce

1. go to contacts, go to a team
2. use the 'create Deck board' button to create a board
3. get an error that Deck is not installed, even though it is

Expected behaviour

it should create the Deck board

Manual creation of the deck board and sharing with the Team works fine.

Browser: safari, mac os, latest
Tested both on Nextcloud 33 (AIO) and on tech-preview with Hub 34.

The fact that there is already a deck board shared with this team should make clear that, yes, Deck is installed ;-)

I found nothing in console log or server log that seemed related. Luckily it is easy to reproduce on multiple systems...
