Rewrite for GCP

• Create an example for the last hour of the session that will demonstrate how to use docker to deploy a consistent jupyter environment to a GCP compute instance, and some neurosciencey thing in there.

• Look into other GCP cloud APIs for a neat example of that.

• Compare cloud to other models
• Provision resources (compute, storage)
• Log into cloud compute instance (using the cloud shell in the browser)
• Install software
• Access data from GCP storage
