Hub: NONOG date + reorder companion lab next to The book

- NONOG eyebrow now reads 'NONOG · September 2025' to match the
  NetBCN format.
- 'The companion lab' moves up to sit immediately after 'The book'
  so the lab reads as the book's hands-on counterpart, not a tail
  appendix after Listen + Watch. Eyebrow shifts from 'After the
  workshop' to 'The book's playground' to reflect the new placement.
- Body of the companion card trimmed slightly so it doesn't double up
  on what the hero already says about the workshop.
