some "library action" not showing filtered mangas

Steps to reproduce

click "no missing chapter" or "not tracked" on library action bar

Expected behavior

only no missing chapter or not tracked mangas appeared

Actual behavior

it shows "your library is empty", not greyed catogories with missing chapter or tracked manga
