Support for WooCommerce Memberships

What problem does this address?

I have a site I'm working on that could use some blocks that are conditionally visible based on the user's WooCommerce Memberships status.

What is your proposed solution?

Add an integration with the WooCommerce memberships plugin. I think the most useful conditions would be:

1. Is a Member of any plan (or not a member of any plan)
2. Is a Member of a specific plan (or not a member of a specific plan)

I'd be happy to do some hacking on this if someone can point me in the right direction.
