The "Needs change" inside the "Accept this Revision" is not aligned with the checkbox

Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO with an account that has the necessary permission of approving kb article revisions.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an article which has the latest revision unreviewed.
2. Click on the "Show History" button from the "Editing Tools" side navbar.
3. Click on the unapproved revision.
4. Click on the "Approve Revision" button.

Expected behavior
No UI issues.

Actual behavior
The "Needs change" checkbox is not displayed on the same line with the checkbox.
