README.md: .launch instead of .launch.py

in the README.md's there is the file extension of some launch files missing.
Example:
ros2 launch moveit_visual_tools demo_rviz.launch
instead of:
ros2 launch moveit_visual_tools demo_rviz.launch.py

Or is that on purpose?
