Working with DICOM Files

Thanks so much for this package. I'm wondering if there is any support for working directly with DICOM files (i.e. sending to an AE).

Hi,

Are you talking about the CLI or the Python interface? I guess the CLI is mostly limited to working with directories instead of individual files currently, is that what you are referring to?

I am looking for a way to take a directory of DICOM files and send to an AE with your CLI, if possible.

Just pass a directory to -s \ --source option of sync command. You might also need to specify --in-file-ext if the files don't have the .dcm suffix.
