[Enhancement]: Save the lists and its' tasks in the Index DB in the browser for better performance

It will reduce the API calls by significant amount, which will lead to reduce the pressure on the API, and the DB.

1. First, you have to know which way to use.
2. Second, if you decided to go the a 3rd party library, you have to know which 3rd library to use and why it's better for my case.
